Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an engaged and motivated teacher of Psychology and Sociology who consistently teaches good or outstanding lessons and gets the best from their students and holds QTS. This is a Part-Time role for three days per week (0.6). The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with a passion for Psychology and Sociology, ready to teach at A level and GCSE and with an ability to effectively develop their pedagogy and practice.

We need an outstanding classroom practitioner in Psychology and Sociology with the skills, expertise and tenacity to raise standards of teaching and learning in Psychology and Sociology and across the whole school.

The ideal candidate will need to have a proven track-record of raising standards and excellent examination results and will join a team of colleagues working to model, share and develop engaging and challenging teaching strategies that promote learning and inspire our students.

The role would be of particular interest to a qualified teacher with experience of teaching these subjects across GCSE and A Level.
